With a new year I think every Jewish single is looking for some new spots to meet that special someone on the Upper West Side. The problem is this place gets repetitive. OZ Friday night, JC shabbat day, blah blah blah, there needs to be some new strategies implemented to get something moving in your life…here are our suggestions for you in 09!

9. Be the last person to leave any Jewish party – guaraunteed if you pace yourself and stay until the bitter end of someone will be there with you, and appreciate it (or be desperate enough to give you a little face time )
8. Goto minyan and sit near any married person around your age. The 100% truth is that a married guy/girl has a spouse with hot single friends. If you daven hard enough that married guy/girl will be at a meal with that hot friend and you will be the name that pops in his head when he/she gets asked ” don't you know anyone for ______?”
7. Goto the regular spots, Ohav Zedek on Friday Night, wearing the most outrageous t-shirt and jeans you own – girls love the bad*ss, and it goes without saying so do guys.

5. Go downtown to Century21, the discounted designer clothing place. On Sundays you will see the best looking Israelis ever created.
4. Shop at West Side Judaica –
With couples looking for ketubahs and debating marriage what a perfect ambiance to ask a curious cute shopper which is the best Arye Kaplan book?

3. Answer a bangitout roommate ad for the wrong sex! You show up to check out the place and the next thing you know, youll be looking for a bedroom together!
2. Daven at a chabad – there are always extrememly well dressed foreigners there
1. Find the hot kiddush – Where there is cholent, there are men.
