ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
- Large true bedroom with large closet and sunny, south-facing windows
- Luxury elevator building with doorman, package room, and laundry
- Large, gorgeous, fully-stocked kitchen
- Near 96th street express train, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s – great location!
- There’s four of us and one bathroom – we haven’t had problems with this setup since we all have different schedules
YOU ARE:
- A woman 25 or older (we’re all in our 30s) with no pets
- Clean, quiet, and drama free!
- Can commit to staying from July 1 through the end of October, at which point there will be an option to renew.
- Kosher-keeping and shomer Shabbos/Shabbat respectful
