The Robert I. Lappin Charitable Foundation, along with the entire North Shore Community in Massachusetts gathered eight-hundred-four people along the shores of Phillips Beach for the largest shofar ensemble ever. Participants blew shofars in unison, breaking the current Guinness Book of World Records title of 400, set last year in Philadelphia. The crowd sustained it for seven minutes and 56 seconds.
